Monopoly-Market-based Cooperation in Cognitive Radio Networks

In a cognitive radio network, the licensed userscan partially or completely sell their spectra to the unlicensedusers. This paper examines a monopoly market with completeinformation and rational actors. At the beginning, we establish a necessary and sufficient condition for the held of the said market. After, we show the positive impact of the cooperation on the buyers and the seller too.
